ECC co-founder Will Goldfarb now lives in Bali, Indonesia, where he operates his companies, WillPowder and WillEquipped, and works as pastry chef for Ku De Ta, the island’s largest high-end restaurant. His New York restaurant, Room 4 Dessert, was the first dessert-only restaurant in New York.
The theme of his talk is Planet Zero: A Return to Basics in Pastry Problem Solving.
